In the past a few years, garden landscaping industry has been developing rapidly and is
more and more important among the basic industries in national economy. Shanghai
Garden Green-making Omni-corporation was the top pany in garden
landscaping. However, pany’s direction es vague, the anization
can’t meet the market’s needs which is developing rapidly and the share of market
slumps. How to keep petition advantage in fast-changing market? How to raise
petitiveness? The key is “strategic management” in definitely. It’s necessary to
draw up the new strategy plan in whole to assure long-term, sustainable developing.
