彩涂板车间设计及其在生活中的应用
摘要
本设计是彩涂车间设计,年产量20万吨,典型产品为DQ01彩涂板,×1250mm。该车间主要是彩涂板生产工艺过程,主要设计产品种类有CQ,DQ,HSLA,SS,HTS,FS。彩涂钢板在国外早已广泛应用,而随着我国经济建设的持续高速增长,近十年来,国内彩涂钢板应用领域和需求不断扩大,但国内产能快速增长使得市场竞争也日趋激烈。涂层钢板具有轻质、美观和良好的防腐蚀性能,又可直接加工,它给建筑业、造船业、车辆制造业、家具行业、电气行业等提供了一种新型原材料,起到了以钢代木、高效施工、节约能源、防止污染等良好效果,因此在日常生活中得到广泛应用。

ABSTRACT
This design is painted workshop design, the annual output of 200000 tons, typical products of DQ01 caitu, product specification x 1250 mm. The workshop is mainly is the light of the technological process, production of major design products have CQ, DQ, HSLA, SS, HTS, FS. Colorized painting steel plate is already widely used in foreign countries, and with the sustained and rapid growth of economic construction in our country, nearly a decade, domestic demand for colorized painting steel applications and expands unceasingly, but the rapid growth of domestic capacity that makes the petition is increasingly fierce. Coated steel sheet has a light weight, beautiful and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed, it gives construction, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing, furniture industry, electrical industry, etc. Provides a new type of raw materials, played with steel and wood, the efficient construction, save energy and to prevent pollution and other good effects, thus is widely used in our daily life.
