摘要
本文为年产 15 万吨电锌浸出车间设计,在其他冶炼厂锌浸出车间设计的基础上,
查阅了大量文献资料,在对各种锌浸出流程综合比较以后,本设计选用了技术较为成熟
的硫酸化焙烧-浸出-净化-电积这一湿法炼锌工艺流程,对焙烧、浸出、净化、电积等
湿法炼锌主要工序进行了物料平衡计算,对主要技术经济指标进行了选择和论证;对矿
粉浸出和氧化锌浸出车间的中浸槽、酸浸槽、浓缩槽等主要设备进行选型计算,选择了
标准化、大型化的冶炼设备;还对炼锌厂址进行了选择与论证,对经济状况进行了投资
核算,对三废治理及环境保护提出了要求和相应措施。计算结果表明,本设计方案是可
行的。

Abstract
This paper is an annual output of 150000 tons electrolytic zinc leaching plant design,
based on the other design of leaching zinc smelter workshop, access to a large number of
documents, in a variety of zinc leaching process parison, this design
uses a sulfating roasting-mature technology leaching and purifying the hydrometallurgy of
zinc electrowinning the process of roasting, leaching, purification, etc., electrowinning zinc
hydrometallurgy process of material balance calculation, the selection and verification of the
main technical and economic indicators; the selection and calculation of ore leaching and zinc
oxide leaching workshop in the dip tank, pickling tank, concentration tank and other major
equipment, smelting equipment selection large-scale standardization, the; of zinc smelting site
were selected and argumentation, the economic conditions of the investment accounting,
requirements and relevant measures for waste management and environmental protection is
put forward. The calculation results show that, the design scheme is feasible.
