随着经济与贸易的全球化,企业间的竞争日趋激烈,“快鱼吃慢鱼”的现象已经使得企业信息化从原来的大型,集团型企业发展到如今的中小型企业, 而机械制造行业本身流程和业务的复杂度又使得其对信息化尤为依赖,尽管我国中小机械制造企业信息化已有二十多年历史,但建设进程参差不齐、地区发展也不平衡。而这之中最主要的原因在于ERP系统在我国机械制造业中的应用实施成功率不高。
本文通过大量对机械制造企业和专业管理顾问的走访,梳理了机械制造企业的一般业务模式、生产流程;并且了解到其中管理难点、痛点所在。同时,通过对我国机械制造业的现状及发展状况进行宏观分析研究,重点关注机械制造企业利用ERP工具进行管理的状况和效果。研究发现,机械制造企业业务模式、生产流程复杂,对ERP的需求迫切,但是ERP在我国机械制造企业的实施成功率不高,使用效果不明显;笔者通过大量调研分析,总结出影响ERP在机械制造企业实施成功率的重点因素和失败的具体原因。并在此基础之上提出一套适合我国机械制造企业的ERP实施步骤和方法。
