数控 R 型变压器绕线机控制系统设计

摘要:采用 ATMEL 公司的 89C51 单片机作为控制器设计了数控 R 型变压
器绕线机。该绕线机由 2 部分组成:机械系统和微机控制系统。介绍了该绕线机的机
械部分并讨论了微机控制系统。控制系统具有控制精度高、工作稳定可靠等优点,主
轴转速 0~3 000 r/ min ,绕制线径范围Φ0. 02~Φ2. 00 mm , 线圈绕制精度达± 1 匝,可
绕制 R10~R1000 的 R 型变压器。

Abstract :The design of NC R coil winding machine adopts AT89C51 SCM(Single Chip puter)
as its controller. The machine consists of two parts :mechanical system and puter control system .
Mechanical system and puter control system of the coil winding machine are discussed. The con
trol system has the following advantages : high precision , stability and reliability. The main features are :
