Purposes
Aimed at training the students’ rigorous style of work and life, strengthening daily behaviors education, sense of obedience and establishing hard-working spirit.

Navigation Department students.
3. Duties
The Vice President managing the students chiefly work as the corps head, who is responsible for anization and implementation of the semi-military management of prehensively.
The Corps Office for Semi-military management (namely Student Affairs Department) is founded at college, which is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, supervision, inspection and guidance of the semi-military management of students.
The brigade is founded under the corps. The brigade leader position is held by munity Party General Secretary. The missar position is held by the Deputy Party Secretary whose duty is managing the students chiefly at college. The missar is in charge of anizational leadership for the semi-military management of students belonging to the whole corps. And also, the missar conducts the decisions, orders, guidances, as well as plans from the Corps Office and implements various provisions related to the semi-military management.
