摘要:近年来,随着人们生活节奏不断加快,国民收入的日益提高,人们的消费观念的转变,使得餐饮业蓬勃发展,与此同时餐饮市场竞争也日趋激烈。酒店餐饮服务质量即酒店餐饮的服务水平,是酒店餐饮服务的核心内容。良好的、令顾客满意的服务,可以在一定程度上弥补酒店硬件质量方面的不足。因此,如何完善酒店餐饮的对客服务体系,提升酒店餐饮服务的质量,将成为我国酒店业餐饮市场竞争的核心内容。本文结合自己在重庆JW万豪酒店的实际工作,具体分析了影响酒店餐饮服务质量的因素,并根据此而提出相应的对策、措施,从而论证提升酒店餐饮服务质量在酒店餐饮业竞争中的核心地位。
