本文设计针对由于城市空间有限,并且城市中车辆日益增多所造成的停车难问题,设计了基于PLC的多层升降横移立体车库控制系统,立体横移式车库占地面积小,操作方面、智能,利用PLC程序,可以使操作变得简单易懂,使人们存取车辆更加方便快捷,并且运用世纪星组态软件对PLC进行实时监控。
本文首先介绍了立体车库的开发背景、意义以及国内外的现状。其次对立体车库做了整体性的设计,包括工作原理、操作方式等。接着对PLC的软件单元进行了透彻的分析并编写控制程序,软件设计分为手动移动、自动移动两种模式,自动模式下能够实现自动判断存取状态、自动复位等功能。最后通过世纪星组态软件实现对智能立体车库的实时监控。
立体车库在生活中的确有着广泛的应用空间,能够给人们带来巨大的帮助。随着科学的进一步发展,立体车库必定会有更大的发展,会更好的服务于人们。

Abstract
This article is designed by the targeted to slove the problems of urban space is limited, and the growing number of cities caused by vehicles parking difficult issue. Three-dimensional sliding-garage area is small, operational, intelligence, the use of PLC program, you can make the operation simple and easy to understand, make it faster and more convenient access to vehicles, and the use of Century Star configuration software to conduct real-time monitoring of the PLC.
