新型逆变电源电路的设计与实现
摘要
随着社会的发展,节能减排成为构建和谐社会的主体。把多余的电能存储起来,待需要之时再释放利用是节省能源的主要措施。存储的电能只能是直流电,现实生活中用的大都是交流电,相应地逆变器的开发设计也就成了目前必须解决的课题。
目前逆变电源存在着许多缺点和不足,如高频化,谐波的治理,功率因数的提高等都有待进一步的提高。本设计提出了一种低成本的新型逆变电源电路的原理和设计方案,充分运用芯片KA7500的固定频率脉冲宽度调制的功能组成推挽式升压电路和场效应管(N沟道增强型MOSFET)的无二次击穿、开关速度快、热稳定性好的优点而组合设计的电路。工作时,持续输出功率为100W左右,具有工作正常指示灯、输出过压保护、输入过压保护以及过热保护等功能。该电源体积小,实用性强,制造成本低廉,可用作多种便携式电器通用的电源。

NEW TYPE INVERTER POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
ABSTRACT
With the social development, energy conservation has e the main body of building a harmonious society. The excess energy is stored, to be released when needed use of energy-saving measures. The stored energy can only be mostly AC, DC, using the real-life subject of the development and design of the corresponding inverter will e the current that must be addressed.
Power inverter has many ings and deficiencies, such as the governance of the high-frequency, harmonic, power factor, improve and so needs to be further improved. This set to a low-cost new power inverter circuit theory and design, full use of the chip KA7500 fixed frequency pulse width modulation function to form a push-pull booster circuit and FET (N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET ), no secondary breakdown, fast switching speed and good thermal stability of the advantages bination of the design of the circuit. Work, continuous output power of about 100W, and normal work light, outp
