装备保障固有能力评估及评估方法研究

摘要:装备保障是维持和恢复装备战技性能的服务性作战行动,对于恢复和提高部队作战能力起着重要的作用,是作战行动
中的重要一环。为了解装备保障对于作战所起的作用,需要对装备保障进行评估。该文讨论了装备保障固有能力评估的意
义,建立了装备保障固有能力评估体系,对几种常用的评估方法,包括加权评分法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法以及神经网
络法,讨论了各自的操作方法和目前的应用情况,总结了各种方法的优缺点,为实际操作提供了理论指导。

Assessment of Inherent Ability of Eguipment Guarantee
and Its Method

ABSTRACT:Eguipment guarantee is a service action for maintaining and resuming the performance of
eguipment. For resuming and raising the fighting abiiity,it piays an important roie. In order to know the roie of
guipment guarantee the assessment is reguired. This paper discusses the meaning of inherent abiiity assessment,
estabiishes eguipment guarantee inherent abiiity assessment system . The paper aiso discusses the theory of
adding right,the theory of AHP,the theory of fuzzy integrate and the theory of artificiai work,and
indicates the present appiication condition and the operation method. The paper summarizes thes the ing
and the advantage of various methods.
