摘要
中介是社会经济发展到一定阶段后随着社会分工的细化而产生
的我们可以把它看成是一种系统边界的演化产物中介是各种物
质能量信息相互交换传递的枢纽它不仅将原有的系统更好
更快地联系起来相互协调而且还能使原来处于完全不同环境
相互之间没有关联的物质能量信息产生联系而且它还普遍存
在于我们的生活和工作中
我们可以简单地将中介分为物质传递型中介服务型中介和信息
型中介它们在整个社会中起到了协调润滑公证监督咨询
等各种作用前两种是我们所常见的传统中介模式而随着通信技
术越来越发达人类来到了网络时代人类的日常生活工作学
习已经发展到离不开因特网了人们可以足不出户就知天下事就
可以与世界任何地方的任何人进行任何点对点面对面的沟通而
这些沟通恰恰是通过各种先进的信息化中介来传递信息因此一些
不适应现今 e 时代的传统中介将被淘汰随之会产生一批新型的以
信息处理为主的信息型中介
信息型中介所提供的是一种特殊的信息产品它不同于传统的实
物产品它在一定程度上违背了我们常理所认识的许多经济规律
也超越了几千年以来所固有的交易模式对现实社会带来了巨大的
冲击正因为这样信息型中介的兴起又给我们带来了新的问题
那就是信息型中介的盈利模式它所适用的经济规律与此同时
它的市场定位和定价模型策略就变得至关重要因为这影响着信
息型中介的生存和发展空间

When economic has been developed to a certain stage and with
minute detail of social affairs, then agency was produced naturally. We
may look agency as a changing production of systems borders. Agency is
the pivot of material, energy and information sharing. Agency is not only
better and quicker connecting with the original system and with better
collaborating, but also can connect material, energy, information sharing
that is existed in the different environments and has no any relationship for
each other. So we can say agency exist anywhere such as our life and
working.
We can simply devide agency into three different kinds. That is,
material passing, service and information. Agency can collaborate,
lubricate, notary, supervise, consultant in our real life. The former two we
called traditional agency models. With the developing puter and
communication technology, human es working time , we
can use for real life, for daily working and for study. By using
, we can know everything without going outside and we can
negociate with the person you want in the worldwide by point to point.
Thus traditional agency that do not adapt to E_era will disappear, so we can
believe a lot of new information_based agencies will be produced.
