现场作业系统质量成本优化研究
摘要
随着科学发展观和质量管理经济的观念深入市场、深入企业,质量成本管理也逐渐
博得了众多管理专家的关注。质量成本管理是质量管理的一部分,是对企业质量管理的
定量管理,在企业实际经营过程中又是企业质量管理体系顺利进行的保证,也是使企业
质量管理有效运行的基础,企业投入到质量管理中的资金发挥最大能量是质量成本管理
的主要目的之一,如果质量成本投入过大或者得不到企业管理层的控制,那么企业的经
济利益会受到影响而且会致使质量管理体系不能取得较好的成本效益。
质量成本是企业总的生产成本的一个重要的组成部分,同时也是企业在长期发展经
营中不断产生的一种动态成本,在很多质量管理专家眼里,质量成本管理的好坏直接也
就反应出该企业生产总成本的使用效率的好坏以及企业生产利润的大小。但是在实际运
用过程中,不同企业有不同企业的特点,在实际的质量成本管理操作过程中会有这样那
样的问题出现,如何正确的认识质量成本管理的概念和精华理念,如何正确的运用的各
行各业的生产企业则是企业运行过程中亟待解决的问题。
本文以生产现场理论和质量成本管理理论作为论文的选题对象,通过对质量成本概
念和模型作为研究的意见,通过对理论理解整体研究生产现场的特点、质量成本概念和
模型研究、以及焊接技术中心企业特点的分析,将质量成本管理的概念引入该企业,分
析该企业的经营特点以及质量成本的投入情况,找出质量成本管理实施途径,分析在实
施过程中将会遇到的问题,并提出保证质量成本管理实施的方法和对策,预测实际应用
中会出现的问题,为企业质量成本高效使用提出新视角和方法。

ABSTRACT
With the scientific development concept and the concept of quality management going in
depth market economy, enterprises, quality cost management has gradually won the attention
of many management experts. Quality cost management is a part of quality management,
quality management is quantitative pany in business during the actual
operation,and is smooth corporate quality assurance management system, the enterprise
quality management is the basis for effective operation. For the enterprise quality
management of energy resources to maximize the quality of stone is one the main purpose of
cost management, quality and cost if the investment is too large or not corporate management
control, then the business will be affected the economic interests but also resulted in quality
management system can achieve better cost-effectiveness.
Quality cost is the total cost of production enterprises is an ponent of
long-term development but also business operations in the continuous generation of a
