斯特林热机风扇热管CPU散热器设计
摘要
斯特林热机是一种高效、清洁的外燃机。随着全球能源与环保的形势日趋严峻,斯特林热机由于其具有多种能源的广泛适应性和优良的环境特性已越来越受到重视,在水下动力、太阳能动力、空间站动力、热泵空调动力、车用混合推进动力等方面得到了广泛的研究与重视,并且已得到了一些成功的应用。这些使得斯特林热机可能成为21世纪重要的动力装置之一。
本文基于当前CPU散热指标,以斯特林热力循环原理为理论指导,设计了一个小型斯特林发动机,并运用有限时间热力学研究方法,分析了斯特林热机在存在热阻、回热损失、及有限速率过程三种不可逆情况下的功率特性,所得结论可为斯特林热机的发展提供理论指导。主要结论如下
得出了斯特林热机取得最大功率的条件
回热损失主要使斯特林热机效率相应地降低,而不影响其功率的输出。研究斯特林热机若不考虑回热损失, 。
热阻的存在使得斯特林热机的功率特性曲线与无热阻时的有质的差别。因此要优化斯特林热机必须要研究热阻的影响。

ABSTRACT
The Sterling engine is one kind of highly effective and clean bustion with the global energy and the environmental protection situation Is day by day stern ,the Sterling heat engine has been taken seriously more and more as it has the many kinds of energy patibilities and the fine environment ,The Sterling heat engine has been taken seriously and researched In the submarine power、the solar energy power、the space station power、the heat pump air conditioning power、the vehicle with aspects mix thrust power and so on,and obtained some essful enable the Sterling heat engine possibly to e one of important power units in the 21st century .
In this article ,we designed a small Sterling engine based on the current CPU radiation target and the Sterling ,we Has analyzed the Sterling heat engine's power characteristics in the situation of existence th-e thermal resistance, the regeneration lose, and the limited speed process with Finite time thermodynamics method .The obtained c-onclusion may provide the theory instruction for the Sterling heat engine's development. The main conclusion is as follows:
Obtained the condition when Sterling heat engine to obtain the maximum work rate .
The regeneration loses mainly causes the Sterling heat engine efficiency to reduce correspondingly, but does not affect its power output .we will obtain the same result as the Karnow heat e
