摘要
,根据实际应用, 将多个单一气敏元件优化组合来构成气敏传感器阵列,气体被吸入气室腔内,,传感器将感应的信号转化成电信号,通过信号处理后,送到模式识别系统进行模式识别,并将识别结果输出显示,从而对气体进行定性定量识别.
本论文叙述了整个电子鼻系统,对CH4、,3个基于金属氧化物半导体SnO2的德国GGA系列传感器构成气敏传感器阵列,并设计了信号预处理电路等硬件电路部分;上位机软件采用 VC++,利用混合编程技术,嵌入 Matlab 引擎,借助 Matlab的人工神经网络工具箱(ANNToolbox)函数实现 BP 网络模式识别算法.
电子鼻系统将气敏传感器阵列与模式识别技术相结合,,有效地解决了传统的单一气体传感器普遍存在的交叉敏感性问题,有助于气体检测精度的提高.

ABSTRACT
Electronic nose system is an electronic device of modeling biological olfactory system by using electricity to anlysis and identify mixtures. A single gas sensor of gas response of non-specific and specific to the preferred response characteristics of gas, according to the actual application, form a plurality of single gas sensor bination to a gas sensor array and the gas is inhaled air chamber cavity, inducted by the sensor array. Using multidimensional space gas response patterns of array, the sensor will translate induction signal into the electrical signal, through signal processing, send to the pattern recognition system to pattern recognition and t output and display the recognition result, to identificate the gas.
This paper describes the quantitative analysis of the electronic nose system applied for CH4、COand H2 of mixed gases of different concentration ratio. STC89C52 SCM is control core, integrated gas sensor posed of 3 metal oxide semiconductor based on German GGA series sensor and the design of the signal pretreatment circuit; the PC software development using VC++, using the mixed programming technology, embedded Matlab engine, Implementation of work pattern recognition algorithm using artificial work toolbox function of Matlab.
