本文阐述的是配送的相关知识,对配送系统各方面进行优化,使优化后的系统对整个企业运行更加流畅,提高工作效率,提高公司整体的利益。通过对福鼎汽配公司配送系统的调查研究,对公司现阶段存在的问题如货物进出流程不够完善,车辆载货量,车辆数达不到现在公司的业务要求,配送管理体制混乱,员工业务技术水平不足等方面进行研究和优化。主要依据配送的优化理论,配送发展中的实践经验作为参考,结合公司实际的情况进行研究改造。出入库的优化主要根据实际情况,检查数量质量、审核单子、跟踪产品都是必不可少的,物品的进出都要一个详细的记录。车辆配送遵循整数倍原则、距离优先原则尽量减少空出运输,合理运用运力。增加包装材料的投入,对不同产品的不同包装定个详细的原则。条形码的使用使整个配送流程数据处理更加的准确快捷,提高配送效率。人是配送的操作实施者,提高员工素质,还能将好的方案有效的实施,保证优质的配送能够顺利的完成。从管理、条形码整体入手到车辆、包装、人员等每一环节的逐步优化,即要着眼整体又不能放过每一个环节,这样才能使整个系统更加的完善,才能到达预期的效果,带来实质的收益。
