摘要
随着安徽省的不断的发展,安徽省的能源消耗呈现不断增长趋势,导致二氧化碳排放的迅速增长,给环境带来了极大的不利影响,因此低碳经济势在必行。本文是利用时间序列的方式,找出安徽省从1995年-2009年的数据,首先计算出各年份碳排放的总量,然后得出各个因素与碳排放的关系,从而得出各个因素对低碳经济的影响大小。最后根据各个影响因素的模型结果分析,得出本课题的论证,也是针对安徽省低碳经济发展的影响因素进行分析论证。

Abstract
With the continuous development of Anhui Province, Anhui Province, the energy consumption shows a growing trend, leading to the rapid growth of carbon dioxide emissions, a great deal of negative impact to the environment, so a low-carbon economy
is imperative. This article is the use of time series, find out the data from 1995 to 2009 in Anhui Province, first calculate the total amount of carbon emissions each year, and e to the relationship between the various factors and carbon emissions to arrive at the various factors on the low carbon economy size. Finally, according to the results of the model analysis of various factors, the analysis and e to this issue is the argument, but also for the factors affecting the development of low-carbon economy in Anhui Province.
