摘要
本文主要任务是设计包装机械即全自动颗粒包装机,其中包括该机械的工作原理及其设计过程,对其传动系统的参数进行计算和传动部件的强度校核,对其整体外观、箱体以及支架进行合理的改进。自动颗粒包装机主要适合于包装食品、医药、茶叶、化工等产品中的松散状,无粘性细小颗粒物品的小剂量的自动包装。其包装材料为复合材料,包装材料以纸、玻璃纸、涤纶膜、铝箔等为基纸印为商标,并喷涂高压聚乙烯制成。
自动颗粒包装机主要有横封机构、纵封机构、供料机构、剪切机构、传动机构及电气控制系统。在本次设计中,我们的主要任务是对其下料机构进行设计,对各工作机构进行改进,是其满足设计要求,已达到所要求的生产效率。
自动颗粒包装机能自动完成制袋、可调量杯计量、填充、打印日期、封合部位打口、计数、传送带输出等功能。本机还采用了无级调整制袋长度机构和光电商标定位控制。

Abstract
It is main task that to design packaging machinery, which is fully automatic grain packing machine that including the mechanical operating principle and design process, calculate of the parameters of its drive system and ponents of the strength check, reasonable improvement of their overall appearance, box and Support. Automatic grain packing machine is mainly suitable for loose form, no sticky small particles of small doses of packing food, medicine, tea, and chemical products. Packaging materials posite materials which based on paper, cellophane, polyester film, aluminum foil-based paper and spraying high-pressure polyethylene.
Automatic grain packing machine posed of horizontal sealing body, anization, feeding mechanism, cutting bodies, transmission and electrical control systems. In this design, that our main task is to design blanking institutions, to improve the various work
