摘要
目前随着社会商品生产、流通、消费方式的改变,运输企业之间的竞争越
来越激烈,传统物流企业已不能满足新形势下社会经济对运输服务的要求。为
了适应市场环境的变化和激烈的竞争,运输公司必须重视物流业务的发展,因
此,研究 A 运输公司物流业务的发展方式对 A 公司的发展有着重要的意义,已
成为 A 公司一个迫切需要研究的问题。
论文运用案例分析的方法,借助 SWOT 分析工具,分析了 A 运输公司发展物
流业务所面临的外部环境和内部因素,解剖了 A 运输公司物流业务发展过程中
的问题。在此基础上,论文提出了 A 运输公司物流业务的发展方式:以联盟共
赢为宗旨,客户满意为原则,促进发展为前提,专业人才培养为根本,物流网
络为基础,信息化为支撑。论文认为,A 运输公司发展物流业务拥有国家振兴
规划黄河三角洲物流业的机遇,同时面临着外部竞争与自身转变发展的挑战,
应转变经营理念,坚持现代物流理论研究发展方式。可通过适当调整物流价格
的方式,把物流配送与仓储业务有机结合起来,提高货物周转量,加强仓储功
能,提高利润率。也可通过完善信息网络建设,整合物流资源,进行战略联盟,
加强内部协作,提供综合服务,链接供应链,降低成本提高效率,扩大市场增
加收入,同时争取相关政策的支持,大力发展现代物流。
论文认为,A 运输公司应该把握现代物流的特点和趋向,采取正确的对策
使自身顺利过渡到现代物流企业,提升物流运作技术,扩大物流服务功能,完
善物流网络,整合内外资源,加大人才培养和引进,以谋求更广阔更长远的发
展空间。

A Study on the mode of trade development in
logistics business in pany A

Abstract
With the changing of current modity producing, circulating and
consuming patterns, petition among transportation enterprises es
increasingly fierce, meanwhile the traditional logistics enterprises can no longer
meet the new socio-economic requirements for transport services. In order to adapt
to the changes in market conditions and the petition, panies
must pay much attention to the development of the logistics business, therefore, a
study on the mode of trade development in logistics business in pany
A is of great significance, and has e an urgent issue to study for pany.
Case analysis is used in this thesis, assisting with SWOT analysis tools to dissect the
problems of pany A during the development of logistics business.
Below opinions are discussed in the thesis. And it also proposes some aims like
two-to-win alliance, the principle of keeping customer’s satisfaction to promote the
development, carry out professional training, set up the basis of work
through the information support. On this basis, pany A has
opportunities in the national revitalization plan for logistics business in the Yellow
River Delta. At
