组合机床是由大量的通用部件和少量专用部件组成的工序集中的高效率机床。其特点有:结构紧凑、工作质量可靠、设计和制造周期短、投资少、经济效果好、生产率高等,和一般的万能机床相比,具有设计制造周期短、成本低、自动化程度高、加工效率高、加工质量稳定、减轻工人劳动强度等优点。该组合机床采用卧式单工位两面加工的方案,加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便。采用机械滑台实现刀具进给,借助刚性主轴实现精度稳定的加工,刀具选用硬质合金镗刀,使得工序集中。本次设计的是双面镗削组合机床,需分两步进行,即总体设计和主轴箱设计。最后画出加工零件工序图,加工示意图,机床联系尺寸图,编制生产率计算卡,主轴箱的设计包含绘制原始依据图、主轴的结构形式,还有齿轮模数的确定和传动系统的拟定等。

ABSTRACT
Combination machine posed by a large number mon parts and few private part concentrated efficiency in processes of machine tools. Features: Compact, reliable quality, design, and manufacturing cycle is short, low investment, the economic effect is good, high productivity, pared to the universal machine tools in General, with design and manufacturing cycle is short, low cost, high degree of automation, high efficiency, process quality and reduce the labor intensity of workers and so on. bination machine using horizontal single coin processing scenarios, processing and Assembly technology is good, easy clamping of parts. Using mechanical sliding platform to realize tool-feed, with rigidity spindles achieve stable machining precision, selection carbide cutter boring tool, makes the operation set. The design is two-sided bination machine, be conducted in two steps, the overall design and headstock design. Last draw machining parts operations, process diagram, machine tool contact size chart, preparation of productivity calculations, headstock design structure that contains drawing original based on diagram, spindle, gear module developed to identify and drive systems.
