该行动的目标是要通过以下6项措施减少死亡100000人。
The campaign‘s goal is to save 100,000 lives by June 2006

临床路径概念
临床路径(Clinical Pathway or Clinical Paths)是
指“由医疗、护理和相关专业的人员针对某个诊
断或某种手术制定的具有科学性(或合理性)和
时间顺序性的患者照顾计划”。
临床路径的核心是将某种疾病(手术)关键性的
检查、治疗、护理等活动标准化,确保患者在正
确的时间,正确的地点,得到正确的诊疗服务。
