关于“工程管理专业顶岗实习运行模式”

摘要:顶岗实习是工程管理专业教学计划的重要组成部分,是基于校企联合的合作教育。为
了解决工程管理专业顶岗实习环节中存在的问题,更好的实现工程管理专业培养目标。以社
会需要为导向,以学生实践能力提升为核心,采用系统论的指导思想,提出了工程管理专业
顶岗实习运行模式的构建思路。以辽宁工程技术大学工程管理专业为例,构建了顶岗实习工
作流程及组织管理的具体方案。通过实践效果可知,该方案有助于巩固课堂教学成果,提高
学生综合素质,为高校工程管理专业顶岗实习的改革和创新提供参考。

Research On Operative Model of Post-replacement Practice
of Engineering Management Specialty

Abstract: Professional post-replacement practice is an important segment of the teaching schedule,
which is considered a means of teaching based on the cooperative schooled-enterprise model. In
order to solve the problems that exist in the parts of post-replacement practice and to realize the
cultivated objective of engineering project management specialty, this writing adopts the directive
ideas of ideology with social need as guidance and promotion of students’ practical ability as
direction, and then works out the constructive and operating routine in the post-replacement
practice for students majoring in project management. Also, the writing takes Liaoning Technical
University as an example to construct the working flow and draw concrete plans anization
management. By implementing in practice and testing of practical effectiveness, the design for the
plan facilitates the consolidation of teaching achievements, increase prehensive qualities
in students, and furthermore provide reference for the reform and innovation in the
post-replacement practice of engineering management.

随着建筑业的深化改革,建筑业急需一大批既具有土木工程技术及与工程管理相关的管
理、经济、法律等基本知识,又具有一定实践能力、创新能力,能在国内外工程建设领域从
事建设项目全过程管理的高素质工程管理人才。传统的教学模式,以知识的传授为本位,淡
