中国汽车产业结构演变与企业战略调整研究

摘要
本文重点研究了中国汽车产业结构的演变与企业战略调整之间的关联性,以期
从企业微观层面来优化中国汽车产业结构。通过定性和定量的方法相结合,行业研
究与典型案例分析相结合,理论研究和文献分析相结合,最终推演出中国汽车行业
结构演变的微观机理。
文章首先通过现象分析法描述了产业结构演变的驱动因素,不同演变阶段的典
型事件和演变结果,采用八种经济主体理论分析了行业结构演变现象背后的微观机
理,进而通过多元非线性回归的方法验证了整车产业结构演变是八种经济互动的结
果。在此基础上,研究了产业结构演变与经济主体关系结构演变之间的关联性,分
析了企业如何通过不同的关系结构获取各种资源和能力,综合运用资源基础理论、
资源依赖理论和战略网络理论来探讨组织资源能力和关系结构对企业战略调整的影
响。并对上述理论进行系统总结,构建外部环境、资源能力、企业战略的整合模型。
本文进而以该模型为研究工具深入剖析了两类典型案例,并对其发展路径进行比较
分析,深化了前期的研究结论。
最后,根据以上理论研究和典型案例分析结果,为优化我国汽车产业结构,解
决制约整车企业发展的关键性问题提出可行性的建议,同时本文的理论研究结论也
对整车企业的资源积累与整合以及战略调整提供了理论指导,丰富了动态竞争环境
下的竞争理论研究成果。

Abstract
This article has mainly studied the relation between the structural evolution of
Chinese automobile industry and the adjustments in enterprise strategies with the purpose
of optimizing the structural evolution of Chinese automobile industry at the microscopic
stratification level. Unifying qualitative & quantitative methods, industry researches &
illustrative case analysis as well as fundamental researches & literature analysis, I finally
deduced the microscopic mechanism for the structural evolution of Chinese automobile
industry.
At first, the article described the initiating factors of the evolution phenomenon in
industrial structures, typical events in different stages and results with phenomenon
analytic methods. Then I analyzed the microscopic mechanism behind the evolution
phenomenon of industrial structure with the theory of eight kinds of economic subjects.
After that, it was confirmed that the structural evolution of the whole vehicle industry was
the consequence of interaction among the eight economical subjects by the way of the
multiple non-linear regression method. Based on this result, I went on with the research on
the correlation between structural evolution of industry and relation structure of
economical subjects,
