摘要
本文的目的是通过对智能住宅小区发展的背景、定义、组成、需求及其各系统的设计进行较为系统的研究和讨论,分析得出智能住宅小区当前的发展现况和发展趋势。
本文首先讨论了目前在智能住宅小区这个领域中关于智能住宅小区的各种定义和内涵,并在此基础上,结合当前实际情况和调研结果给出设计方案。在当前智能住宅小区的具体需求上,根据自己所做的调查,深入分析了当前智能住宅小区需求的实际状况和这种状况产生的原因及其发展趋势,并对当前智能住宅小区建设中存在的一些问题进行了探讨。对智能住宅小区各子系统进行了具体的设计,结合其实际需要,对其通信自动化系统、安全防范系统、综合布线系统等做了具体的设计,并对烟雾报警器进行了详细的理论探讨设计。

Abstract
In this thesis, through systematic studying, discussing and analyzing the intelligent residence's definition, structure, requirements and its related system design, the author concluded the status and direction of intelligent residence.
Firstly, the author discussed all kinds of definitions and structures in the field and brought forward the author's definition and structure based on the author's investigations. What the structures are required concretely by users at present based on the author's investigations, and the author analyzed the reasons and the trends of such a status deeply. The author discussed some problems in the building of intelligent residence and put forward some constructres suggestions. On the design of the sub-system of intelligent residence, on which the author designed the munication system, PDS etc in consideration of its concretere quirements.
