摘要:蕨类植物为一种古老低等植物,由其独特的生物合成途径所产生的新颖化合物吸引了
很多研究者的关注。本文对普通针毛蕨中所发现的化学成分及其药理活性进行了介绍。从该
植物中发现了大量的黄酮类成分,其中一类 B 环非芳香化的黄酮表现出了极好的抗肿瘤活
性,本文详细阐述了该类化合物在分子生物学水平的抗肿瘤机理。结果显示该类黄酮较 B
环为芳香环的黄酮而言,抗肿瘤活性明显提高。通过进一步的实验发现该类化合物可以作用
于肿瘤细胞中的多个信号通路,进而通过促肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制血管生成,周期调控等方式
来抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。

Abstract: The fern plant was an ancient lower plant, which has attracted a lot of attention due to
the pound produced by its unusual biosynthetic pathway. In the paper, chemical
compositions found in Macrothelypteris torresiana and their pharmacological activities were
introduced. A large number of flavonoids was found in the plant, among pounds, a
series of flavones with the unaromatized B ring showed the excellent performance in the
anti-tumor screening and their anti-tumor mechanism at the level of molecular biology was
detailed in this review. The result showed pared to the flavonoid with aromatic B ring, the
kind of flavonoid exhibit better anti-tumor activity. Further experiments verified that the
