Wal-Mart在短短的五十年时间里,从一个小小的零售商店转变为世界
企业500强的第一名。
连锁零售行业在规模及种类上的飞速发展,则是以更优化的物流
配送系统及更优越的总成本控制结构作为驱动力。这两年来连锁零售
行业的风云变幻和动荡加剧,再加上中国零售市场的全面开放,使得
我们有必要也必须进行连锁零售行业的战略分析。
本文的主旨是希望通过对连锁零售行业的战略分析,阐明连锁零
售行业的经济学特征,通过对国际上和国内实际连锁零售企业的分
析,指明中国的连锁零售企业的出路就是做大做强,具体各章探讨内
容如下:
第一、二章从理论上探讨连锁零售行业的经济学特征和战略分
析,阐述连锁零售产业与传统产业包括零售行业其他业态的区别所
在,第三章将基于以上的分析继而探讨连锁零售行业的扩张的发展趋
势,阐明只有不断做大做强,才能抗击零售业国际一体化。第四章将
研究我国连锁零售业的发展策略,重点提出了科学选址是关键、处理
好配送中心的建设、实现采购和销售的全球化、处理好做大与做强的
关系这四点建议,我们有理由相信不断做大做强的中国连锁零售企业
终将成为中国零售市场未来的领跑者。

THE DEVELOPMENT TREND AND STRATEGIC
ANALYSIS OF CHAIN RETAIL TRADE IN CHINA

ABSTRACT

World economics of new century is globalization economics, and the
development of chain supermarket industry is the important event of
market economics. It has changed the traditional way of the work and life
for the people. So we can say it is the revolution of the old retail trade.
Among those, the ess of Wal-Mart is the most remarkable.
With the entry of WTO, foreign investors will flow in the chain retail
trade of China with advanced experiences and ample capitals. How to
develop chain retail trade in China is very necessary and challenging. So
this article will be focused on this hot topic and tries to find the proper
strategy.
This article has done the extensive researches in chain retail trade.
The first and second chapter are mostly concerned with the economics
characters and strategic analysis of chain retail trade, particularly
comparing with the old industry.
In the third chapter, the author investigates the development trend of
chain retail trade. It was intended to demonstrate expansion strategy
was only choice to when facing with the petition from foreign
"Big Guy" .We can study their experiences, adopt their strong points and
cast away the weak in order to bridge
