KEY Features
XNDT-01 system is High Performance version of XNDT X-ray data acquisition
systems. Key features include:
· High Performance: high Offset consistency, low Temperature drift, high
Linearity, low Noise. For more information, please see the “Test Report”.
· Customized 64channels ASIC with digital output for Low Level Current
Measurement.
· Each diode channel follow two independent S/H circuit and one ADC inside
the ASIC.
· 16 bit or 24bit A/D conversion
· All digital signal on 50-pin spacing flat cable.
· Programmable dynamic range from up to 120pC
· Gain can be set for each board in the system.
· 100us minimum scan time for continuous operation

· X-ray energy range 30keV to 450keV
· Dual energy detector on single layer is available.
1. Brief Introduction
XNDT-01 is a modular system of boards for data acquisition in X-ray line-scan,
multi-view and CT systems. It consists of Analog Boards (AB) and Digital Boards
(DB) . A single energy AB board has 64 detector channels. A dual energy AB board
has 64 low energy channels and 64 high energy channels. Detector boards can be
butted end-to-end to form a continuous array up to meters in length. An optional
low energy filter is used for enhanced low and high energy separation. AB boards
with , and detector pitch are also available.
