摘要
随着科技的发展和社会的进步,建筑工程规模不断扩大,复杂程度不断加深, 管理中需要处理的信息量不断增多。实践证明,为了确保工程建设的质量,必须采取现代化的质量管理方法,并在质量管理中辅以现代信息技术。随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展,工程建设企业注重运用先进质量管理方法的意识正在加强,但通过计算机辅助进行质量管理尚未普及,本文就基于全面质量管理的工程建设质量管理信息系统的系统分析设计与应用问题进行了研究。
本文结合工程建设的特点,阐述了在工程建设中应用全面质量管理的方法和步骤,并对PDCA循环1进行了分析;在此基础上,围绕PDCA循环分析了工程建设企业建立质量管理信息系统的目标,归纳了企业质量管理的业务流程和信息流程,提出了基于全面质量管理的工程建设质量管理信息系统的一般性功能模型, 并从计划决策、管理控制和执行三个层次对系统进行了描述。
结合云南省澜沧江小湾水电站工程的实际项目背景,作者开发了基于C/S结构的工程建设质量管理原型系统:分析小湾水电站工程质量管理的具体应用,归纳工程质量管理的主要业务流程,并在此基础上建立系统的实体关系模型。本文从系统功能、系统网络结构和系统特点等方面对系统进行介绍。
