随着中国经济的快速发展,经济生活领域中出现了许多社会问
题,迫切需要经济哲学在多学科合作的基础上给予深刻准确的把握。
在这种大背景下,经济哲学的研究受到了人们越来越多的关注。有中
国特色的经济哲学的理论探索与现实的要求还有一定的距离,而从中
国传统文化资源中汲取营养是一条应然的途径。《管子》思想博大精
深,是较早阐释经济哲学问题的古代典籍,其经济思想及对现实经济
问题的关注实质上均已超出了经济领域,带有鲜明的哲学层面的含
意。
《管子》的经济哲学思想是齐文化价值观在经济领域的投射。对
经济问题的重视是齐国开国以来的传统。以哲学的视角观照《管子》
的经济思想,会发现《管子》经济思想中充分体现出“循道”的哲学
理念。“循道”思想是《管子》经济思想的哲学总结,是齐文化富民
思想的理论归趋,也是齐国社会文化传统的精炼概括。而“循道”观
进一步表现为“因势利导”的现实之维,“度的衡量”的生活之维,
“以法治国”的发展之维。在齐国经济发展的同时也面临诸多的问题,
这不是靠经济自身就能够解决的。《管子》的贫富有度思想是对齐国
现实经济生活的反映,《管子》对贫富差距过大的重视和整治,以及
对行政官僚队伍的管理,是齐国富强、国泰民安的重要原因。
对《管子》经济哲学思想的研究离不开马克思主义基本原理的指
导,实事求是,理论联系实际,在肯定其经济哲学思想现代价值的基
础上,拓展其理论内涵,为经济哲学的理论探索及现实经济社会问题
的解决提供有益的理论参考。

Abstract

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, there appear a lot of social
problems in the field of the economic life, which need urgently to be handled solidly
and accurately by using the Economic Philosophy on the basis of the multidisciplinary
cooperation. In that kind of background, more and more attentions are paid to the
research of Economic Philosophy. Since there’s still a certain distance between the
theoretical exploration and the requirement for the reality on the Economic
Philosophy with Chinese characteristics, it is a necessity that Economic Philosophy
should draw on Chinese traditional in “Guan Zi” are broad and
profound, which is the earlier ancient book expounding the problems on Economic
Philosophy. Guan’s thoughts on economy and focus on economic problems in real life
have gone beyond the economic field and carried distinctly the philosophical
implications.
Guan’s thoughts on Economic Philosophy are the projection of Qi’s cultural
value onto the economic field. When Guan’s thoughts on Economy are reviewed from
the perspective of philosophy, the philosophical concept of “Abiding by the Tao” is
discovered to have been revealed sufficiently from it. The idea of “abiding by the
