摘要
本设计为云南师范大学呈贡校区学生公寓楼设计。层数为六层,㎡,,。结构形式采用框架结构,设防烈度为8度,抗震等级为二级,防火等级为二级。本设计严格按照国家相关规范执行。本设计方案在建筑设计方面充分考虑学生对宿舍功能的需求,设有无障碍宿舍、普通宿舍和学生活动室,使平面布置灵活多样、实用性强;在结构设计方面选取一榀横向框架进行分析计算,并充分考虑了地震和竖向荷载的综合作用。根据恒载与活载的组合方法,采用了最不利的内力组合进行梁、柱正截面和斜截面的截面设计,并计算了正截面和斜截面的承载力,经反复验算,直到满足要求为止,以保证结构的安全性。根据平面柱网的布置,基础采用了柱下独立基础。根据地基承载力特征值及上部建筑荷载,确定了基础的埋深和底面积,并进行了配筋计算。本设计方案在遵循规范的前提下,具有创新性和实用性,外形美观,结构安全舒适。

Abstract
This is an original design for student apartment of Yun Nan Normal University, the one located in Chenggong county. It has 6 storeies with a total height of mete
rs and a total area of ㎡. the level difference between the outdoor and indoor ground is meters. It is designed in frame structure, whose anti-seismic intensity reaches to 8 degree, the seismic grade levels to 2 and the fire rating is 2 grade. This design is strictly accord with related national standards. In archetecture design, this design, taking the students’ needs into full consideration, has not only ordinary dormitories but also barrier-free dormitories and student activity rooms. So the layout is very flexible and practical. In structure design, it is analysized and calculated under the condition of horizontal hinged frame and prehensive action of earthquake and vertical load is also fully considered. According to the way that constant load and live load work with each other, the design for the normal and oblipue section of girder and column is done on the ground of the most bination of internal force. The load-carrying capacity of the normal section and oblique section puted and the statistics is checked repeatedly until it qualify enough
