摘要
21世纪的市场竞争将是供应链和供应链之间的竞争供应链管理已成为企业培
育核心竞争力增强竞争优势适应时代之需的战略选择
供应链管理的实施离不开信息技术的大力支持必须要构建以计算机应用为核
心有机集成通信技术计算机网络技术和数据库技术的供应链管理系统来实现
对供应链管理过程中的数据采集数据处理信息交流与共享以及供应链决策的有
效支持
供应链信息的集成与需求的无缝连接是企业竞争力的重要表现而集成化无
缝供应链形成的关键在于对供应链中各种信息流的有效控制和管理基于
/集成模型的供应链管理系统极大地提高了企业供应链中的信息共享
程度有助于茅台酒厂实施集成化供应链来应对日益激烈的市场竞争
本文概述了供应链管理的有关概念以及信息技术在供应链管理中的应用论述

于事件驱动模型的信息协调机制思想即采用消息流来抽象并统一表示供应
链中的物流资金流信息流探讨了供应链管理系统开发的几点关键技术比如
UML与系统建模技术面向对象与组件开发技术在此基础上详细地讨论了茅台
酒厂供应链管理系统的设计开发并给出了系统前台软件和后台数据库实现以及
提高供应链管理的运作绩效的途径

Abstract
In 21 century, the petition will evolve from petition among
individual enterprises to petition among supply chains. Supply chain management
has e the strategic choice for the enterprises to cultivate the petitiveness,
strengthen petition advantage, meet the need of tide.
Practicing the supply chain management needs the energetic support of the
information technology. To effectively supporting the implementation of SCM, we should
construct the SCM information system to carry out the task of collecting data, handling
data as well municating and sharing the information.
The effective control and management of different information flow is the key to the
forming of the integrated seamless supply chain. The management information system of
SCM based on / pattern has improved the information sharing degree
greatly, which contribute to the Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd to implement the integrated
SCM to deal with the fierce petition day by day.
In the paper, the concept of the SCM and the application of the information
technology in the SCM are introduced, and the integrated SCM model based on
/ pattern and the coordination control are also discussed. The paper has put
