异甘草酸镁与多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝对比分析

【摘要】目的:探讨异甘草酸镁与多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。
方法:选取我院2014年1月至2015年2月确诊患有脂肪肝患者60例,随机分为两组,每组各30例。观察组采用异甘草酸镁治疗,对照组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,对比两组治疗效果及肝功能指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(%) 高于对照组(%),差异显著(P<);观察组治疗1、3周妇各项肝功能指标均低于对照组,差异显著(P<)。结论:异甘草酸镁相比多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝效果更佳,可有效降低肝功能指标,安全性高,值得临床推广。
