氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察
[摘要]目的观察氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月〜 2014年9月在我院就诊的原发性高血压患者98例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,50例患者采用氯沙坦钟氢氯噻嗉片治疗为研宄组,48例患者采用氢氯噻嗪片治疗为对照组,比较两组的血压变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后6周末两组收缩压及舒张压均显著低于治疗前,差异有高度统计学意义(P

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy
of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Clinic data of 98 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital from March 2012 to September 2014 were respectively analyzed. 50 cases treated with losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets were coneated as study group, and 48 cases treated with hydrochlorothiazide were coneated as control group.
