ABSTRACT
In this article I draw out the subject through the introduction to state the working and the working resources practical significance. And then I elaborate the working and the working resources detailed. According to the process of its formation, the working can be divided into six parts which including the working based on the family relationship, the working based on the geography relationship, the working based on the schoolmate, the working based on the colleague relationship, the working based on the guest relationship, the working based on the occasional person relationship. These entire working have very important role in mercial life. Therefore, the working has e a resource. It is divided into the core working resource, the closed working resource and the loose working resource by the importance of the working resource. The working resource has a very important significance for mercial life. working just like the blood and the root is a support system for our social life. It can provide us information quickly and efficiently. It can provide us capital for us to conquer ourselves. So it is very important to operate our working resource. Then I introduce a series of methods to operate the working resource. And how we can develop the potential working resource which including the college students develop their working resource. All of the above, we know that the working resource is very important for our work.
