摘要
小企业在我国现代市场经济体制下,已经成为参与市场经济活动的重要微观主体,它们在刺激就业、提供多样化的消费产品、满足居民多样化的消费需求以及为国家提供财政税收,做出越来越大的贡献。近年来,我国小企业对国民经济的贡献度不断提高,但与其可获得信贷资源差距逐渐变大,2009年,小企业创造的GDP占全国近60%,交纳税金近50%,在经济上可以说占据半壁江山,然而,大量的小企业拿到的贷款只有20%左右,加之土地、劳动力、汇率、利率变化因素,小企业做实业的环境不断恶化。小企业蓬勃发展的势头正在由于资金困境面临挑战。融资难、现金流量不足等问题困扰着大多数小企业经营者。本文将在企业融资模式或者说途径分析的基础上,揭示小企业融资难的现实问题,并分析产生这些问题的具体原因,以及如何采取措施化解小企业融资困境。

Abstract
Small businesses in our country's modern market economy, the market has e an important economic activity in microcosmic, they stimulate employment, offers a variety of consumer products, meet the residents diversified consumer demand for countries to provide financial and tax, make more contribution. In recent years, our country small contribution to the national economy continues to improve, but instead of credit available resources gap gradually change, in 2009, small businesses create GDP accounted for nearly 60%, pay taxes nearly 50%, in the economy can occupy deodorants, however, a large number of small businesses get loans only 20% or so, together with land, labor, exchange rate, interest rate changes, small businesses do industrial environment is deteriorating. Small business booming momentum is due to the fund predicament facing challenges. Financing and cash flow problems bothering most small business operators. This paper will be in enterprise financing mode or way on the basis of analysis, reveals small business financing difficulties
