摘要
射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,简称RFID)是众多自动识别技术中的一种,具有高速移动物体识别、多目标识别和非接触识别等特点。随着零售业物流对信息迅捷反应的需求越来越迫切,RFID技术的优势逐渐受到零售企业的重视。上世纪末,多项半导体技术的创新有效地克服了RFID技术的成本问题,使得RFID技术逐渐进入到实用层面。因此,本文重点研究RFID技术在国内零售业物流管理中的应用具有一定的现实意义。应用RFID技术,零售企业可以降低人力资源成本,提高库存管理水平从而有效的降低商品的脱销率,加快商店收货、补货以及销售点效率,改进服务质量提高顾客的满意度,从而减少商业成本增加效益。

Abstract
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID for short) is a large number of automatic Identification technology, has a high speed moving object recognition, target recognition and more non-contact recognition, etc. As the retail logistics has e more and more urgent demand for information swift reaction, the advantage of RFID technology gradually to the attention of the retail enterprise. The end of last century, many semiconductor technology innovation effectively e the problem the cost of RFID technology, RFID technology is gradually into the practical level. Therefore, this paper mainly study the application of RFID technology in the domestic retail trade logistics management has a certain practical significance. Application of RFID technology, retail enterprises can reduce human resource cost, and improve inventory management level so as to effectively reduce the rate of goods out of stock, speed up the shop goods, replenishment, and sales efficiency, improve the service quality to enhance customer satisfaction, to reduce business cost benefits.
