---以无锡壹家房产为例
摘要
随着我国近几年来住房市场的发展和房地产市场的快速发展,房地产经纪行业作为房地产流通中介运营商发展也随之发展壮大,但是由于我国房地产中介行业起步相对较晚,在执业标准、执业规则、专业人员素质、技术手段、组织模式、运作经验管理体系等方面存在着一系列的问题也逐渐被人们注视起来,同时很多人对房地产经纪行业存在一定的偏见。论文主要以我所实习的壹家房地产经纪有限公司为例,探讨无锡市房地产行业的发展现状,存在的问题以及如何提升行业竞争力。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's housing market in recent years and the development of the real estate market, the real estate brokerage industry as a real estate intermediary operators development also grow and develop, but because of China's real estate industry started relatively late, in the standards of practice,practice rules,the quality of professional staff, technical means, anization mode, operation experience, management system, there exist a series of problems has gradually been gazing up at the same time, there is a certain bias on the real estate brokerage industry, a lot of people. The thesis mainly in my practice in a real estate brokerage Co., Ltd as an example, the current development of Wuxi real estate industry, the existing problems and how to enhance petitiveness of the industry.
