摘要
论文讨论了旋挖钻孔灌注桩在工程中的应用,施工技术要求,工艺流程。旋挖钻成孔是我国近几年从外国引进的先进成孔设备,已在公路,铁路,市政桥梁,高层楼房桩基中得到了广泛的应用。它与冲击钻成孔或其他旋转成孔相比,具有成孔速度快、精度高、劳动强度低等特点。旋挖钻同时具有移动方便、钻头种类多、提高灌注桩的承载力、减少泥浆用量、施工速度快优点,是工期紧、环保要求高的项目首选。
本项目拟建位于武汉市东西湖区金银潭大道与宏图路交汇处,采用旋挖钻施工工艺,后注浆钢筋混凝土灌注桩,对桩端进行后压浆处理。,有效桩长38m,空孔12m,场地相对标高±。
旋挖钻对地层适应较广,既适应粘性土、砂性土,也适应高度不强的风化岩,并且不需要多大的空间可投入施工。可在水位较高、卵石较大等用正、反循环及长螺旋钻无法施工的地层中施工,自动化程度高、成孔速度快、质量高。能精确定位钻孔、自动校正钻孔垂直度和自动量测钻孔深度,最大限度地保证钻孔质量。最重要的是,工程的质量和进度得到了充分的保证。环保特点突出,施工现场干净,成孔所用泥浆基本上等于孔的体积,且泥浆经过沉淀和除砂还可以多次反复使用。旋挖钻机的地层适应能力强旋挖钻机可以适用于淤泥质土、粘土、砂土、卵石层等地层。在孔壁上形成较明显的螺旋线。有助于提高桩的的摩阻力。

abstract
Paper discusses the rotary digging piles in engineering, the application of construction technology requirements, the process flow. Spiral drill into hole is introduced from foreign advanced pore forming equipment in recent years in our country, has been used in highway, railway, municipal bridge, has been widely used in high-rise building pile foundation. The project planned in wuhan dongxihu silver lake avenue and future road interchange, adopts spiral drilling construction technology, reinforced concrete filling pile after grouting, post pressure grouting on pile end processing. Pile diameter of m, the effective pile length 38 m, 12 m in an empty hole, ground relative elevation + / - is equal to the absolute elevation of m.
