改革开放以来,FDI作为资本流动的主要方式,对全国的经济发展起着相当重要的作用。近年来,浙江省引进外资规模也迅速扩大。在本文中,我们研究了持续增长的FDI对浙江省经济的增长绩效。在全文的结构安排上,我们分别从业绩分析和效应分析两个层次进行论证。业绩分析是从利用外资的量的角度进行分析;效应分析则侧重于质的角度,通过运用统计计量方法分析了FDI对浙江省的GDP、需求、固定资产投资和进出口等方面产生的具体影响。最后,结合分析的结果指出了浙江省FDI存在的问题并据此给出相关的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
As a main way of capital flows, FDI plays a positive and significant role in the economic growth of the whole country. Over the recent 20 years, the scale of foreign fund introduction expands swiftly, so an important achievement of Zhejiang Province’s economic growth is reflected in the increasing FDI. What impact of continued growth in FDI on the economic development of Zhejiang Province and how are the performances, which need further study. Performance analysis includes quantity analysis and effect analysis, quantity analysis is from the perspective of the using foreign capital while effect analysis is from the perspective of qualifications. With the methods of statistics and quantitative analysis model, analyzing the specific impact of FDI on the GDP, demand, fixed-asset investment and import&export in Zhejiang Province. This paper analyses the performance of the FDI of Zhejiang Province from the two perspectives, and based on this findings, we offer some suggestions on polices.

近20年来,浙江引进外资规模迅速扩大,在全国的位次不断前移,利用外资已经成为浙江经济发展的重要组成部分。利用外商直接投资有利于促进区域经济发展,这在我国已形成广泛共识。浙江省吸引了大量的FDI带来了浙江省发展经济所需要的资金、技术、管理经验,改善了浙江省的产业结构,扩大了对外贸易,增加了就业机会。
