摘要
离合器是手动变速汽车的重要总成,它的好坏关系着汽车能否顺利起步和平稳换挡。离合器位于发动机和变速箱之间的飞轮壳内,用螺钉将离合器总成固定在飞轮的后平面上,离合器的输出轴就是变速箱的输入轴。在汽车行驶过程中,驾驶员可根据需要踩下或松开离合器踏板,使发动机与变速箱暂时分离和逐渐接合,以切断或传递发动机向变速器输入的动力。本文主要研究离合器常见故障,对其进行分析和解决。对使用和维护汽车有着很现实的意义。
本文介绍了轿车离合器的功能(使汽车平稳起步、中断给传动系的动力,配合换挡、防止传动系过载)、作用、结构,并通过以北京现代轿车维修典型离合器为例,分析了轿车离合器的故障(离合器打滑、离合器分离不彻底,挂挡困难、离合器接合时抖动、离合器异响、离合器的噪声和振动)原因、解决办法,维修方式,以及如何正确使用、维护轿车离合器,尽量避免离合器的故障发生,延长使用寿命。

Abstract
The clutch is manual shift the car assembly, the stand or fall of important it in relati
on to the car can start and smooth shift. The clutch is located in between the engine and transmission of the flywheel shell with the clutch assembly, screw will be fixed in the flywheel after a flat, clutch output shaft is gearbox input shaft. In the course of driving
