•我们认为,全球化,民营化和城市化全球化,民营化城市化将成为中国长期经济增长的主要动力。我们在本报告中以

•在这三个方面的进展不仅没有削弱反而增强了中国经济的长期增长潜力。我们相信这种趋势会
继续下去。
•全球化和民营化最终将使中国经济转变为真正的市场经济,在此过程中,我们预期经济效率会
不断地提高。
•中国的城镇人口比例是全世界最低的国家之一,在 21 世纪的第一个十年期间城镇将创造出巨
大的国内需求,足以支持经济的持续增长。
•在对中国长期经济增长持乐观态度的同时,我们强调中国经济体制改革和制度建设的必要性,
中国长期经济增长的潜力是否能实现取决于经济体制改革的成功。
