畜禽养殖业污染是指以降水为载体并在降水的冲击和淋溶作用下,通过产流和汇流过程将畜禽养殖用地中的污染物携入受纳水体而引起的水质污染。其污染负荷量受许多因素影响,主要决定于降雨径流、地表污染物积累量、流域的土壤特性、人类土地利用活动。近年来,由于国家政策扶持、市场推动和区委、政府的正确领导,我区养殖业取得了长足发展,已成为全区农村经济的几大支柱产业之一。特别是牲猪和蛋鸡养殖迅速发展。养殖业的持续发展,有效促进了农业增效、农民增收,并带动了相关产业发展。但随之产生的粪尿污染问题,也严重影响了人们的生产、生活,滞约了社会主义新农村建设的步伐。

Especially sacrifice pig breeding layers rapid development. And The sustainable development of aquaculture, effectively promoted the efficiency of agriculture, farmers es, and drive the development of relative industries. But the associated feces pollution problems, also badly affects people's production and life, sluggish about the socialist new rural construction pace.
