基于的湿度传感器及其变送器的设计

摘要利用高分子湿敏电容为基本感湿元件,通过振荡电路将反映湿度变化的电容值转换为脉冲量,再经过整流
电路、积分电路和放大电路将脉冲量转换为~ 直流信号。进一步利用变送器芯片将来自湿度传感器的~ 信
号转化为~ 的电流信号输出。本文所设计的湿度传感器及变送器的电路性能好,线性度高,漂移量小,防静电,可以
互换,而且可在宽温度、全湿度范围内进行测量。经测量,湿度传感器的准确度可达±。

Design of Humidity Sensor and Transducer Based on HS1101

Abstract As basic ponent, the macromolecule humidity sensitive capacitor is adopted in design of
humidity sensor, in which capacitive value corresponding to humidity is converted into impulse variable by
vibrating circuit, and then into 0~3V direct current signal by rectifying circuit, integral circuit and amplifying
circuit. Furthermore, 0~3V signal from humidity sensor is changed into 4~20mA current signal output by
XTR105 transducer. This humidity sensor and transducer has following advantages: good circuit capability, high
linear degree, low excursion, good anti-electrostatic ability, easy exchangeability, so it can be used in wide
temperature range and whole humidity range. The
