摘要:随着现代科学技术的不断发展、分析领域的不断需求和知识理论的不断更新。越来越多的分析仪器被研制出来,帮助人们分析、处理、解决一些实际生产中所遇到的问题。目前,仪器分析技术在工业分析、药品分析、食品分析等各个领域发挥了重要的作用。其中色谱技术在现代工业分析中的应用极为广泛。离子色谱法是液相色谱法的一种,是利用离子交换原理和液相色谱技术测定溶液中阴离子和阳离子的一种分析方法。离子色谱分析方法具有快速简便、高灵敏度、选择性好的特点,自问世以来发展迅速,己经广泛应用于环境监测、农业、生物医药、工业、食品等领域。目前已成为分析化学领域中发展最快的分析方法之一。离子色谱法以多组分同时测定的突出优点成为食品中阴离子、离子型化合物分析的理想方法,对具有营养学、卫生学意义的食品成分及食品添加剂安全的研究有不可估量的作用。近年来,离子色谱法作为官方标准方法的数目越来越多,食品分析已成为目前离子色谱法的主要应用研究方向之一。本文将对离子色谱技术在食品工业中的应用进行简要的介绍。
Abstract: With the continuous development of modern science and technology, constantly demand in the field of analysis and the theory of knowledge constantly updated. More and more analytical instruments have been developed to help people analyze, handle and solve some problems encountered in the actual production. At present, the instrument analysis technique in industrial analysis, pharmaceutical analysis, food analysis and other fields play an important role. The chromatograph technology has extensive application in modern industry analysis. Ion chromatography is a kind of liquid chromatography, which is a kind of analysis method of using the principle of ion exchange and liquid chromatography determination of anions and cations in the solution. Ion chromatographic analysis method is simple and easy, high sensitivity, good selectivity, fast, since the advent of rapid development, has been widely used in environmental monitoring, agriculture, biological medicine, industry, food industry, etc. It has e one of the fastest development in the field of analytical chemistry analysis method. Ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of ponent outstanding advantages e ideal methods of anions, pounds in food analysis, for nutrition, hygiene significance of food ingredients and food additives safety research has an immeasurable role.
