Abstract. The article first defines position of transaction costs of project indicators, on the basis of the entropy weight and group decision-making methods, gives the relative importance weights of the various elements, and gives an empirical analysis, explain the role of the entropy weight and the group decision-making method in engineering transaction costs.
Introduction
Project transaction costs can be divided into the traditional institutional costs and process costs, but in the large number of practice works, the total transaction costs diverge from the budget, the article consider the reason due to the recessive costs. Based on this, the article defines the index position of transaction costs in introduction of the recessive costs, thus the project transaction costs e more reasonable.
