摘要
计算机辅助教学的产生与发展,是人类教育史上的一次进步和变革,它是提高教学质量,培
养学生学习兴趣和自我发展能力的重要途径。此论文介绍了多媒体课件开发的全过程,详细
地分析了设计和制作过程中各阶段的步骤、内容、特点及注意事项,较全面地叙述了各种媒
体的特点及准备这些媒体材料所用到的软件,对做好计算机辅助教学有一定的指导意义。
随着计算机辅助加工技术的普及应用,数控应用的范围正在日益扩大,其产生的效益与社
会效益十分明显。同时了解到适应机械制造业对数控技术应用型人才的迫切需要,对数控机
床教学内容的需求量大,对此,本论文结合前面所总结出来的一些 CAI 教学原理,就相应
的所学的数控的知识结合在一起,制作出一个数控辅助教学课件。这个课件对数控技术的各
个方面进行了一个概述,并就其中的数控编程方面作了详细的介绍,并对数控机床的故障的
发生和形成,以及常见的故障诊断和维修方法这些应用方面也作出了一些总结。

Abstract
Computer—Assisted Instruction’s emergence and development is a more progress and reform in
the educational history. It is an important way to improve the educational qualities, to cultivate the
students’ interests and the abilities of self— article, a good instruction in
making CAI, introduces the whole processes of making CAI and the character of many medias
and related software. Starting with the features and performances of NC machine, NC machine has
e great popular. Over these years, The suitability of NC is the reason of tremendous growth
of numerical control in metal working , In order to adapt the exigent need of
CNC technology applying persons in machine manufacturing field, the reformation of the way in
C applying persons in higher vocational education must be carried 。This article
introduces the basic concepts of Numercial Control system. And specification of NC programme
also described in a detailed form. This paper also discusses the primary form and regularity of
CNC fault and presents some methods for C fault diagnosis and correction.
