§ 医学影像设备网络化的必要性
随着技术的发展,第一代医学影像设备如CT、MR、X线、DSA、彩超等为医生诊断提供了可靠的参考。但大部分医学影像设备是模拟设备,它们有两个特点:一是所有的医学影像处理、传输、拷贝只能在原配的专用影像设备内部进行,或只能在同一厂家的设备间传输,效率低、存储容量有限、与其它通用数字设备不兼容等:二是所有影像资料的传递和保存都是以胶片或照相纸为介质,占用空间。另外还有如下缺点【l】:
I、借还费时。据统计,在住院的头3~4天内要借还10次左右,其余的住院时间内平均借还4次,出院的第一年内要借还3次。这样不仅浪费了大量时
