ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the traditional mand system of Public Security only focus the function of audio-visual conference, and some mand like data upload and download. Because of the isolation between traditional mand system and the monitor system, these two systems can’t exchange the video resource. For example, when accident happened, it is difficult bine the function of audio-visual conference and real-time monitor directly, which is critical important for the police to make upon the decision. Additionally, the operation of the traditional mand system is plicated. The system could only realize the function of monitor cut, still missing the function of controlling sub-level monitor-cutting system.
Besides, the plexity of the society security and the management pressure of metropolis security take the new challenge to the public mand. The thesis analysis the traditional mand system, which is widely used in public ans now, and explain both the advantage and disadvantage of it. Considering the traditional mand system have some disadvantage like single function, systems date real-time exchanging disable, and the current level of public security information system, the thesis research a new mand system based on protocol and technology. Give out the analysis base the real case and test the system feasibility through the practical application.
The thesis discussed and design the modern mand system which is mainly based on and audio-visual technology. System based on video technology, image processing technology, network technology munication technology, could provide the policeman located different place with the applications munication, real-time conference, date exchanging, which finally realize the function of mand. The system could realize the function of mand calculating, processing, command judging and real-time accident field interactive.
