摘要
自《2004_—-2010年全国红色旅游发展规划纲要》颁布实施以来,我国红色旅游业得到有效的开发和管理,分布在全国各地的红色旅游景区吸引了众多海内外游客的参观,增强了红色旅游集思想政治教育和休闲娱乐的双重功能, 从一定程度说来说,红色旅游的价值目标与思想政治教育的发展目标具有共生性,红色旅游活动不仅能满足当代人的精神需求,也能带动革命老区的经济发展;既能使红色旅游的教育功能得到应有的发挥,也能从中找寻红色旅游与思想政治教育的联结点,从而增强思想政治教育在红色旅游活动中的实效性。由此,遵循提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑顺序,从思想政治教育的归宿点 “实效性”为着力点,首先,对红色旅游中的思想政治教育进行概述,包括红色旅游中思想政治教育的主要内容,如爱国主义教育、艰苦奋斗教育和理想信念教育等;也包括红色旅游中思想政治教育应坚持的寓教于乐、经济效益与社会效益相结合、传统与现代相结合、和因地制宜等基本原则;同时也指出红色旅游在思想政治教育中的价值体现,主要有思想政治教育的实践价值和道德精神资源的开发价值。其次,对当前红色旅游中思想政治教育现状所存在的问题进行分析,主要有红色旅游中的思想政治教育理论建设比较薄弱、红色旅游从业人员的思想政治教育不够专业化、各红色旅游景区的参观方式较单一等, 并挖掘出了影响红色旅游中思想政治教育的制约因素。最后,通过论证和考察, 提出了发挥红色旅游中的思想政治教育实效性的主要对策,主要从队伍的优化渠道、红色旅游品牌建设、各大众传媒及其它方式的舆论引导、思路的拓展即在红色旅游从业人员中的道德自律和他律等方面进行具体阐述,以预期收到思想政治教育在红色旅游中的实效性。
