摘要:一、信息系统规划分析企业系统规划法(BSP)通过对业务流程的分析来发掘企业的信息需求。信息工程法(IE)强调对企业职能的分析来发掘信息需求。关键成功要素法(CSFs)强调对高层管理人员的信息需求进行分析,能够很好的解决高层管理者所关心的战略和决策问题。但是关键成功要素法(CSFs)的信息需求分析能力和信息系统架构的设计能力要弱于企业系统规划法(BSP),信息工程法(IE)两种规划方法。同时,规划小组内部要通过不断的讨论,利用小组人员在管理、技术、数据分析和数据建模等方面的专长和知识来进行规划分析。同时,信息系统规划过程中,需要对规划过程收集的信息和规划分析进行检查和审核,以保证规划分析的质量。二、信息系统规划方案的评价和审查同时,由于规划方案得到了高层管理者和各个部门管理人员的认可,方案实施中可能出现的障碍也会减少。
Abstract:
一Information systems planning and analysis of business system planning ( BSP ) through the analysis of business processes to explore enterprise information demand. Information Engineering ( IE ) emphasizes on function analysis to explore the information demand. Key ess factor method ( CSFs ) emphasis on top management information needs analysis, can be a very good solution to senior managers are concerned with the strategy and decision problems. But the key ess factor method ( CSFs ) analysis of information requirement and information system architecture design ability to be weak in the business system planning ( BSP ), Information Engineering ( IE ) two planning method.
