2、外观要求
Appearance Requirement
1、磁粉心表面应进行绝缘涂覆处理。
The surface of powder core should be dealt with insulating coating.
2、涂覆后产品表面应光滑、无露磁、粘纸、起泡、露底漆、疙瘩、大头、垂流现象。
After coating, the surface of the products should be smooth. It should have no bareness, aliquation,
blotch and butt-end. It should not be sticking to the paper, foaming.
3、掉块不超过两处,每处掉块的长度小于 5 mm,宽度小于 2 mm,深度小于 1mm。
